You must type the newsgroup after the URL "http://wwwnntp.ec.lu.se/cgi-bin/wwwnntp?". For example "http://wwwnntp.ec.lu.se/cgi-bin/wwwnntp?alt.tv.sentai" (and don't use the quotes of course). You can't post through this program, so you'll have to do that via regular e-mail.
